cordin8 is developing a new capability designed to give you the power to analyze and manage projects or project programs.

The cordin8 Project Analyzer will contain estimating and simulation tools to bring you state-of-the-art data analysis and optimization – all with a few clicks of a mouse. It will maximize project success by quantifying uncertainty and thus reduce potential time and cost overruns.

To create this new cordin8 function, we have partnered with VGO Associates and Paloma Business Solutions, leaders in the use of complexity science as a problem-solving tool for business and industry. Our partners include leading-edge computer scientists, project planners and Big Three business consultants with decades of experience in the field.

PROJECT ANALYSIS

The cordin8 Project Analyzer automatically accesses your current project data and provides a sophisticated Project Estimating Dialogue supported by a database of best practices on project estimation. Our analyzer accelerates the creation of a robust project estimate drawn from the collective experience of industry experts.

At the project level, the Project Estimating Dialogue guides you through a detailed breakdown of the estimate elements, making sure that all components are identified, estimated and sequenced for best results.

At the program level, the use of the cordin8 Project Analyzer by all estimators establishes unified work standards to give you consistent and accurate estimates across multiple projects.

PROJECT OPTIMIZATION

Once you’ve estimated your project, the Project Simulation Module employs powerful algorithms to simulate a wide range of project outcomes. Typical project management products rely on purely mathematical models to predict risk. Ours will allow your business rules to interact with intelligent software agents for a more customized and accurate path to project completion.
